HISTORY…

2013: A machine shop, called Billet Built Motorsports was founded in 2013 by Todd Hinton. Todd initially started the company to manufacture parts for motorcycles, ATV’s, and soap box derby race cars.

2017: Billet Built Motorsports is renamed to Hinton Machine as the company expands into new markets.

2018: Hinton Machine purchases a 3 acre property in Sterling, Ohio approximately 30 minutes southwest of Akron, and 1 hour south of Cleveland. The first building was erected later that year.

2019: Hinton Machine invests in CNC machinery and 3-phase electric to enable growth to adhere to customer’s demands.

2020: Hinton Machine builds a new addition to the original shop, bringing total square footage of manufacturing space to 3,200 ft.

2021: Hinton Machine purchases 1 acre lot adjacent to original property, with busy state highway road frontage to plan for future expansion and advertising opportunities.
